A development on a prominent street in the Bunbury CBD which consists of multiple buildings and adheres to the green corridor initiative of the city. The building is designed to harness northern natural light with strategic volumes offset with perforated screens to the second storey elements and atrium which provides solar control and interest to the streetscape. The building consists of a showroom, offices, bulky goods storage and residential components.
