Stepped Residence
Completed 2017
An extension to a residence of heritage significance, the design required a considered approach to the sloping site towards the rear boundary. A design language of a split level extension wrapping around a central northern courtyard allows the addition to the residence to be concealed from the street elevations while preserving the heritage qualities.
