Bays Residence
Completed 2016
A residence for a professional couple with a passion for green space within an inner city site to create a sanctuary. The design revolves around the north facade with a tiered garden, entertaining spaces and the ability to open up the entire glazed element to the north which allows the entertaining spaces to double in size. Sliding panels within the house also allows the interior configuration to alter when entertaining.
The orientation of the design allows the home to utilise solar passive principles to maintain interior temperatures.
